About: All iPods sold by FRSelectronics4u are 100% authentic. The listing pictures show the actual iPod for sale.  This iPod was returned to a major retailer. It is unknown why is was returned. It has been thoroughly tested and is functional.  It is under manufacturer warranty until January 7, 2010. Please see below for condition.

Condition: The iPod includes software version 2.2 and is in excellent condition.  The touch screen has no scratches shows bright colors with no distortion and it produces a high quality sound. The back shows light use. It has been tested and is fully functional.
