Preserve it Naturally Dehydrating Cooking recipes cookbook from Reston Publishing cook book. It is a hardcover cook book and is about 130 pages in about 8 x 11 inch size from 1983. It has lots of pictures along with some great recipes after using the dehydrator.

 

This book does not smell of smoke or perfume, and is not musty. It may have some wear to the edges and corners. You get the hardcover cookbook as shown.
