GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We provide S&H (Shipping & Handling) amounts in three ways
on our listings:
- Calculated (Shipping Calculator is at the bottom of the
listing)
- Flat Rate (Rate posted at top and bottom of listing)
- Free Shipping
For items using the eBay Shipping Calculator, you will see the
rate for the preferred method of shipping at the top of the
listing, and the other shipping options at the bottom. We do charge
a nominal handling amount for our packaging, warehouse, and labor
costs. If the item is shipped from the manufacturer directly, their
dropship fee is added in a similar manner as the handling amount.
All calculations are made by eBay, and they do not currently
provide a means for calculating a combined rate PRIOR to making
your purchase commitment. We can promise that the combined rate
will be less than the individual calculated rates, and if eBay

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you purchase the wrong item or just change your mind, don't
worry, there IS a way to cancel a transaction on eBay. It requires
that the seller file a form called a "Mutual Agreement" that is
unfortunately under the category of "disputes" (which it is not).
Please don't freak out when you see the word "dispute" as part of
the cancellation process. This form is necessary for us to get some
of our fees back (yes, eBay keeps some fees, even if we don't
complete the transaction). So, please be careful when making your
purchase, as canceling an item actually costs the seller

NO HASSLE 1-2-3 RETURN POLICY
If you have a need to return your purchase to us within 30 days of
your purchase date, it will not be a problem. Since we sell so many
different items, there are some terms that vary from item to item,
and some that are generalized for all items. Please understand that
we need to communicate with you prior to sending the item back to
make sure that it is handled efficiently.
Our Return policy can be generalized into these three easy

fees IF the item is returned in brand new condition, and can be

many cases, Warranty Service is a superior option to our Return

the manufacturer's warranty service procedure is the sole remedy

PAYMENT METHODS WE ACCEPT
We will accept your payment by Paypal, including eChecks. We do not
require confirmed addresses, and will gladly ship to your home,
office, or gift address. We will also accept payments via Credit
Card called in by phone. If you pay by eCheck, we will hold your
payment until it clears.
SALES TAX
We ship some orders from our warehouse in Colorado, and others
direct from the manufacturers we work with that are located in
several states. All orders shipped to a customer address from the
same state as the warehouse the product was shipped from, must pay
Sales Tax for that state.
eBay's Sales Tax system does not accomodate multi-state
sellers, so you may be required to manually enter Sales Tax. If
Sales Tax is due, and not sent with payment, we will send an
invoice for the Sales Tax balance due. Your order may be delayed if
proper Sales Tax is not paid.
Unless otherwise noted in a listing, all orders ship from our
Colorado warehouse, and Colorado Sales Tax of 2.9% is due for
orders shipping to Colorado addresses.
