About:   All iPods sold by FRSelectronics4u are 100% authentic .  The listing pictures show the actual iPod for sale.  This item was returned to a major retailer.  It is unknown why it was returned.  It has been thoroughly tested and is functional.  It is under manufacturer warranty until April 10, 2010.   Please see below for condition.

Condition:   The iPod is in excellent functional condition. It is in like new physical condition...no scuffs, scratches or dents.  The screen has no scratches and shows bright colors with no distortion and it produces a high quality sound.  It has been tested and is fully functional.
