How do I remove a Non Paying Buyer rating from my account?

To remove a Non-Paying Buyer rating from your account, you need to complete the payment for your purchase and the seller needs to confirm that the payment was received on the item detail page.

After doing so, please send an email to helpdesk@ioffer.com and include your user ID, the seller's user ID, and the item or transaction number to request a Non-Paying Buyer rating removal. One of our customer service representatives will review the transaction and remove the rating if all requirements are met.
