Monthly Account Invoice Changes
As of January 15, 2011, monthly account invoices are sent on the "day" of your account registration. You will only receive an invoice if your account balance is at least $2.00.
For example, if your account was opened on the 12th, you will receive your invoice on the 12th of every month. If your account was opened on the 31st, you will receive your invoice on the last day of every month.
If you already received an invoice on January 1, you may still get a new invoice for your current billing cycle. All future invoices will show the start and end date of your billing cycle, as shown below:
You have 7 days to pay this new account balance. Otherwise, your credit card on file will be charged for the remaining balance the following day.
