How do I end or remove a dispute?

When a resolution is agreed upon by both the buyer and seller in a dispute, you do not need to contact customer service to end or cancel the dispute.

If a dispute was filed in error, please state so on the item detail page.

However, the dispute cannot be removed from the item detail page, because a public display of the dispute helps prospective buyers and sellers make informed buying and selling decisions.
