How is the feedback rating percentage calculated?

Each iOffer member has a ratings summary page, where a rating badge is displayed.

This rating badge consists of a rating percentage, calculated as a cumulative total from your transferred rating from eBay, your positive transactions, your neutral transactions, your negative transactions, and your unrated transactions.

If you feel that your feedback rating is not accurate, please wait 24-48 hours for the system to update before contacting customer service.
