How do I change my feedback rating to a member?
Feedback ratings can only be changed in cases of error or mutual cancellations. If there was an error when rating, please let us know and we will review it for you.
In cases where both members wish to change ratings or cancel the transaction, we require both members post this clearly on the transaction summary.
Once that is completed by both members, send us an email to review the transaction. Please include the other member's user ID, item number, and date of the transaction.
