How do I change my feedback rating to a member?

Feedback rating can only be changed in cases of error or mutual cancellations. If there was an error when rating, please let us know and we will review it for you.

In cases where both members wish to change ratings or cancel the transaction, we require both members post this clearly on the item listing. Add any explanation on the item detail page to expedite the review

Once that is completed by both members, please contact customer service for a review and possible change. Include the other member's user ID, item number, and date of the transaction.
