How do I close my store and delete my account and profile?
If you're considering closing your store and iOffer account, we ask that you carefully reconsider your decision. If there's a chance that you may want to use our service again in the future, it is not necessary to cancel your account. You're welcome to use your account as much or as little as you wish.
To close your store and iOffer account, please send a request to helpdesk@ioffer.com.
Note: You are required to complete any open negotiations and pay your account balance before closing your account. If you have more than one iOffer account, indicate which account you want to close and include the user IDs
