Do I need a credit card to register?

No. You can register for an iOffer account without using a credit card.

However, in order to list items for sale you need to do one of the following:

1. Place a credit card on file (full seller account to list in all categories)
2. Make a payment via PayPal of at least $20.00 (fund will be deducted from your account balance)
3. Mail in a pre-payment of at least $20.00 (for seller fees incurred in the future)
