iOffer is a trading community based on negotiations. No bids, reserve pricing, auction end times, and last minute sniping. Price negotiations allow buyers to make an offer on one or more items. Sellers can accept, counter, or decline the offer. Buyers get a good price; sellers get the price they want. iOffer is not an auction - it's better!

Negotiations are viewable to the public, so no contact information (email address, mailing address, phone number, instant messaging IDs, etc.) is allowed on the site. iOffer will provide contact information to both the buyer and the seller when a transaction is complete.
