This club is self explanitory :) If you have some unwanted lbs to lose come on in and join us! I am a fitness Personal Trainer/Stay @ Home Mom. I too put on some extra lbs I'm not proud of after being pregnant for 2 years. We can all use a little motivation and I hope everyone can contribute to that. I can offer my own knowledge and experience as a personal trainer to help as much as I possibly can :)) Your probably thinking "A personal trainer that needs to lose weght?!" It just goes to show that everyone and anyone can put on extra weight. Please note before you join this club: Do not judge others and you shall not be judged. We are all here to help each other and motivate each other. Please join us and start by telling us how much you weigh , how much you'd like to lose , and a little about yourself :)
