We have a long history of making wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses,  flower girl dresses, evening dresses, prom dresses, formal gowns, ball gowns,etc..  

Making the dresses need about 4 to 5 weeks, send the packages also need about 1 to 2 weeks. If you need the dress urgently, be sure to mail us, we will try to help you to get the dress.

Most dresses can fit well, if in case the dress arrived with wrong color or size, you can return the dress for exchange.

Note:

A. The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures). Bidding is for one dress only!!!
B. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.
C. Dresses are all custom-made, no stock. So we need your measurements and the colour that you like best, in order to make the dresses fit for you as far as possible. After you buy the dress, please send me your size of full bust, waist, hips, shoulder to shoulder, front length from shoulder to waist, height from top of head to floor with heels, length from top of shoulder to floor with heels , and remind me of all your request (color and small alteration if necessary).

D. Before ordering, if you have any question, please feel free to mail us, we will answer your questions within 24 hours, sometimes may longer. If you do not receive a reply please resend your email.

you can choose any color, please tell me the color's English name, or tell me the color you need from the following chart.  

Dimension

If you are not the standard size, please take your measurements by following the measurement chart below. Usually, we do not need all, just your size of full bust, waist, hips, shoulder to shoulder, front length from shoulder to waist, height from top of head to floor with heels, length from top of shoulder to floor with heels. And after you buy the dress, please send them to me. If further measurements needed, we will give you the message then.  

payments

We accept payment by paypal, but if you want to pay by any other way, please mail to us.

Please send the payment within 7 days.

If you cannot pay quickly, we can wait for your payment for weeks, but please do mail me about this within the 7 day’s payment frame.

Shipping

We uaually send the dress by EMS sometimes by DHL.

The postage is decided on your location, bur it is the same to most of the countries and regions, except some distant places.

Return Policy

We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress or bridesmaid evening dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us with any questions.
We usually advice customer to contact us before sending dress back to us.
We will gladly exchange your gown for any of our other styles, you need to pay some dollars if you need to exchange it to another style, i accept returns if the dress is brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations), after we get the return item, we just give refund of the price, no the shipping fees.
Dresses must be received back to us within 7 days of your receipt.
For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges.
