Returns

We at Item strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction in all transactions. We do allow returns for purchases where the customer is not completely satisfied. We will allow a credit for the purchase price or a refund of the purchase price, when customer satisfaction is not met. A refund or credit will only be given if the merchandise is returned to Item in the exact same condition as originally shipped. We do ask customers to adhere to the following return policy:
