Shipping Time
All items will be shipped from Hong Kong by Hong Kong Post Regular Airmail within 2 business days upon payment cleared. Under normal circumstances, shipping takes approximately 8-15 business days.

We cannot guarantee postal time. Once the package dispatched we do not have any control on postal delivery time and customs clearance time. The above delivery time frame is for references only. Please calculate your deadline and delivery time frame carefully to avoid disappointments.

If you have certain deadlines need to meet and not sure if the delivery will catch it. Please contact us for advises before pay.

All our items will be shipped to buyer’s eBay address. We will take the eBay address as your standard shipping address. If you want to change the shipping address, please inform us before you pay.

Insurance
Insurance is not required on orders under total amount $50.00(included shipping). Mandatory insurance fee of $2 will be assessed on orders value at $50.00 to $99.99. For orders over $99.99, additional insurance is calculated at $1 for each additional $50.00 value.

Due to the highly lost mail from our experience, customers from above countries, insurance is required. If you don’t apply insurance, you will not get any refunds when the item lost.

Taxes
We do not charge any sale taxes.

Since it is an international orders, customers are responsible for all taxes, duties or tariffs if applied by your local customs. Note that, the taxes, duties, or tariffs is not part of the shipping charges. It is not charged by us nor your post office. It is charged by your countries customs department. For an exact costs of these fees you should see your local post office or customs office. We do not and will not responsible for such expenses under any circumstances.

                        
If you are not fully satisfied with our product, please return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that the shipping charge and insurance are not refundable and that a 15% restocking fee may be charged in case of excessive returns on a single transaction.

Unauthorized Return

For any reasons of unauthorized return like wrong addresses, undeliverable addresses, refuse of packages or addressee not available when delivered, items/packages will not be resent. And refunds will be make after we received the returns.

Buyers are responsible to update their information and provide right addresses. Although it is free shipping offered, shipping costs still existing for us. Buyers provide invalid shipping addresses with unauthorized return packages will be blocked forever.
