1. Please do not purchase if you do not intend to pay we
actively support ioffers non-
    paying buying policy. If payment is not
received within 21 days of purchase date
    we will file a non-paying buying with
ioffer per ioffers policies.
2. After you purchase a invoice will be sent to your email on
file with ioffer to pay
    by credit/debit card within 24 hours or
less. Please check your spam/junk folder for
    the invoice if you do not receive the
invoice please contact us we will resend the
    invoice or send one from one of our other
merchant accounts.
3.If paying by mail please include a copy of the ioffer
invoice or handwritten
    note with the item name purchased and your
name and FULL PRINTED
    shipping address to ship too.  If you
want a shipping confirmation sent when
    the item ships please include your email
for a shipping notification from the
    usps website. (ship notifications cannot

4. If you pay online by credit card a shipping notification
will be sent to your email when
    your package ships again please check all
spam and junk folders for the invoice

there have been reported delivery problems

5. Your order will be processed in the order in which we
receive it. Processing times varies
    depending on the amount of orders we have
ahead of yours. Generally individual orders
    are processed and mailed within 1 to 3
days business however if you order is large
    processing time may be 5 to 7 business
days or more. If paying through google
    checkout you can login to your account to
check the shipping status we post
    the delivery confirmation/tracking numbers
to they buyers google checkout account.
6. Express/overnight shipping is available on orders please
ask for a price quote before

8. We do not accept returns or give refunds on this item our

    inspect and check all their items upon
receipt if any or defective we will replace them.

replacements of any defective items received.

charge to international buyers, but the buyers
must      pay the shipping charges to ship
the free dvd replacements.
