This is a 18.8mm[19mm] to 14.5mm[14mm] Lo Pro converter glass on glass showerhead diffuser. 12 hole. 4 rows of 3 . Your choice of length either 3, 3 1/2, 4, 4 1/2, 5, 5 1/2
or 6 inches in length.
Measurement is from the BOTTOM of the male [lower] ground joint to the bottom of the shower head.
