These are small business phone systems ideal for 1-32 incoming phone lines, and, 1-64 local extensions. Talkswitch also supports VOIP, Bizfon is the more traditional system. Consider this when deciding. Talkswitch is the better for sophisticated automatic call routing. Bizfon is typically better at manual call handling. Talkswitch is very good if you have a multiple branch location, or, remote workers. Bizfon has the nicer phones. But no matter what you do, please, gather your list of requirements, and, if you have a question as to whether or not a given system will meet your needs, don't make an offer, make a request for more info detailing what you want and we can refer you to the correct product(s)!
